We’ve created a fee structure with charities in mind, and we’re easy to talk to when it comes to budgets
We’re no stranger to the fact that charities typically work to very tight budgets and pride ourselves on being easy to talk to so that the fee agreed is right for the work proposed and for the organisation commissioning it.
Of course, we always start by writing a proposal and quotation for the work we are proposing to deliver, but it does help greatly to have an upfront guide to budget if you’re happy to give one! Whatever the case, we’ve also done a few things to make any fee discussions easier:
- Our fees are banded into 3 tiers for small, medium and large charities:
- small charities with an income of under £1 million
- medium-sized charities earning between £1 million and £10 million
- large charities with incomes over £10m
- There is a daily rate, an hourly rate, and a reduction for work over 10 days
- Project-based fixed fees can be negotiated

If money doesn't grow on trees then why do banks have branches? and endless buds (no that's bonuses)
