charity21 - modernising charities through new media

Two heads can often be better than one...

That's why, when it's relevant to do so, we happily team up with partner consultants and/or organisations. The following are just some examples. When working with others our aim is to:

  • produce a team with all the relevant skillsets and more
  • strengthen our own services and knowledge
  • increase efficiency and reduce duplication in the sector

Fundraising UK Ltd is a pioneer in Internet fundraising and publisher of the site fundraising.co.uk. Founded in 1996 by Howard Lake, it helps charities in the UK and internationally to use the Internet as a fundraising tool to enhance and extend their existing fundraising activities It also advises for-profit companies that provide services and products to fundraisers, helping them use the Internet to enhance their business.

Charity 21's Sarah Hughes is a senior associate consultant of Fundraising UK Ltd.

Charity Technology Trust (CTT) is a charity that was set up in 2001 to improve charities use of technology. CTT works with over 60 charities in a number of areas including : Lotteries, Online fundraising, Charity payment systems, eCommunications and IT strategy consulting.

Sarah Hughes was formerly Chair of CTT's Advisory Board, a panel of experts which helped it to stay abreast of the sector's ICT challenges and priorities in its initial years.

We have also worked successfully alongside other independent consultants. Often it has been our recommendation to select these on the client's behalf in order to fulfill a wide range of project needs.
