Charizone

Lean leadership for greater good

Lean Leadership for Greater Good is a 10 page pdf based on a free presentation I give to guide mission-led organisations to introducing lean thinking. It's a simple taster of the lean model and mindset and I am hoping to create a full toolkit in 2024.

Get The Right Shit Done (Trello template)

Use Trello to organise yourself using the Kanban technique of To, Doing, Done for task management, and the productivity 5Ds model of Do, Delegate, Ditch, Delay, Decide. I use this and have added a 6th - Diagnose. This is a free Trello board template that you can copy to your own account and use as you choose. It also contains some wellbeing power cards.

Manifesto for a Moral Revolution

Jacqueline Novogratz's galvanising book on practices to build a better world. This book has endured with me personally and professionally. "Embrace the beautiful struggle" is a lesson that accompanies me every day, especially the days when I err or fail.
(Purchasing the book gives you free access to a wonderful workshop too).

If you don't know Acumen and Jacqueline, dosover them today!

What Kind of Philanthropist Are you?

A simple, useful quiz to show what your giving preferences might be that could help you get started, or if you are underway, make better sense of what appeals to you and what doesn't.
